weekly squeeze: pumpkin fluff, weight watchers style!
It is hard to remember a life without Pinterest. How else would I know what to cook/bake?! Thankfully, I don’t have to live in a world without obsessive pinning and lucky for all of you readers…you can benefit from all of my “research!” Today’s weekly squeeze is another gift from one of my favorite social media sites, and the lovely blogger at Recipe Diaries. Feast your eyes on Pumpkin Fluff…a la weight watchers style!
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Free or 1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
- Pumpkin spice (to taste)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in order.
- Chill for 2 hours.
