sunday funday: time to wrap presents!
As a kid I never cared what my presents were wrapped in, I only wanted to rip them open as fast as humanly possibly so I could get to the good stuff. Nowadays I have more of an appreciation for these gift covers and have been trying to find some fun and different ways to get the job done. Still need to wrap your presents? Check out these ideas below!
Martha, Martha, Martha! I love these ideas from Martha Stewart. Use newspaper (my husband LOVES the comics), an old map, or plain paper with fun stamps to create your own design.
Keep it simple with plain paper then add a ribbon for a nice accent. Add a candy cane for a delicious touch.
Have a music lover in your life? Wrap their gift in old sheet music! Key word…OLD…don’t rip up their book if they still use it!
Another goodie from Martha Stewart, put your kids to work and have them design wrapping paper for you! What a great way to wrap gifts for Grandma and Grandpa. This option acts as wrapping paper AND artwork for the fridge.
