The holiday’s are here! I’m sure we’ll be seeing tons of new creative decorating and food ideas at all of our holiday events thanks to websites like Pinterest and the master minds at Real Simple. From snowmen out of marshmallows and reindeer out of nutter butter bars to m&m’s cupcake wreaths, it seems every year we outdo the last with creativity and we love it!

While those ideas will be cute and I’ll be making them for sure, I have a recipe for you that will make you the star of any holiday gathering, pot luck or event…it’s called the Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie n’ Oreo Fudge Brownie Bar. My sister’s boyfriend Andrew found this recipe on the blog “Kevin & Amanda,” and it blew us all away with amazingness. Kevin and Amanda, I don’t know who you are, but THANK you for coming up with this recipe that is worth every second of the extra 30 minutes I have to stay at the gym after I enjoy it.

This is pretty much three layers of awesome, on the bottom is a chocolate chip cookie, then a layer of Oreos capped off by a brownie.

Yup, you’re seeing this correctly. If you want to add a holiday touch you could put a few mini candy canes on top or even some red and green m&m’s. People will be asking for your autograph after their first bite, not kidding.
