crafting blogs you’ll swoon over!
Though I’ve never been very crafty, I’ve still always aspired to a certain level of DIY prowess. It doesn’t matter if you can barely glue two popsicle sticks together: I think if you really want to be a great crafter, practice makes perfect! (Though if you’re crafting for your own wedding, you might want to enlist some help if it’s that bad!)
I find a lot of my crafting inspiration from two blogs – their simple and clear DIYs can help even a total craft novice become a superstar. Check them out!
Oh, Happy Day! is a fantasticly fab blog by Jordan Ferney, a mom of two boys who just spent the last year living in Paris. Though she also posts fashion and travel stories, her DIYs really shine. Check out this fabulous tapered candle project she posted earlier this week!
2. Hank & Hunt
Jenny, the crafter extraordinaire behind H&H, is a creative force to be reckoned with! Every one of her projects begs to be made. Whenever I visit her site I usually end up scrolling back through page after page for more ideas – you’re sure to find something you’ll love. I’m particularly fond of this geometric table runner that looks like it should cost way more than it’s price in craft supplies!
Happy crafting, everyone! Let us know if you spend part of your Saturday crafting up a storm!
